As we reflect on the incredible work done in 2018, we are even more excited for the continued mission in 2019. Our team at Gather & Co has been blessed to serve various communities, both locally and internationally, and we look forward to the opportunities ahead.
2019 Mission Updates
Chincha, Peru: Serving Over 6,000 People
In January, we returned to Peru for two weeks and had the privilege of serving over 6,000 people through our dental, medical, and optical clinics. It was a humbling experience to bring much-needed healthcare to this community. Additionally, Corbett led a construction team that worked hard to pour a roof on a church, which will enable the building to expand with classrooms. Our hope is that this church will soon be transformed into a school for the children in the area.
Cap Haitien, Haiti: A Growing Seminary Amid Unrest
In November, Corbett, Logan, David, and Steve traveled to Haiti to complete a classroom at the Emmaus Seminary in Cap Haitien. Despite the political unrest in the country, the attendance at the seminary continues to grow. We are encouraged by the work being done to equip believers in Haiti, and we are excited to see God moving in the midst of difficult circumstances.
Port Arthur, TX: Continuing to Serve
Work continues on Jackie’s house in Port Arthur, Texas. Our teams regularly make long weekend trips to continue the renovations and tackle different parts of the project. We are grateful for the ongoing opportunity to serve our neighbors in Texas through these projects.

Looking Ahead: What’s Next for Our Missions?
We are preparing for more opportunities to serve in 2019, with missions planned in Peru, Columbia, and more.
Upcoming Mission Trips to Peru
In June, we will return to Peru for another mission trip. Kelly and Payton will be in Peru from May 29th to June 26th, while Corbett, Logan, and our employee Gerardo and his wife will join them from June 12th to June 26th. During this time, we will conduct dental, optical, and medical clinics, visit schools to teach English, and continue with construction projects—all while sharing God’s love and light.
Possible Mission Trip to Columbia
We are also prayerfully considering a mission trip to Columbia, where we will focus on evangelism and door-to-door outreach in unreached areas.
Equipping Believers in California
Corbett and Kelly have the opportunity to attend a week-long conference in Redding, California, to receive training that will help us equip other believers to share Christ more effectively.
Get Involved: How You Can Help
If you or someone you know would like to join us on one of our upcoming mission trips, please contact Corbett or Kelly. We would love for you to be part of these life-changing experiences. Frequently Asked Questions
Cabinet refacing is the process of cabinet resurfacing. This involves removing the existing cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware. The cabinet boxes are then sanded and a new finish is applied. New doors and drawer fronts are then installed, and new hardware is added.
The installation process for a bath from Corbel Enterprises LLC typically looks like this:
First, one of our qualified professionals will come to your home to take measurements and assess your needs. They will then provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate.
If you decide to move forward with us, we will work with you to schedule a time for installation that is convenient for you. On the day of installation, our team will arrive on time and ready to work.
They will begin by prepping the area for installation. This may involve removing your old bathtub or shower, if you have one. Next, they will install your new bathtub or shower, making sure everything is properly sealed and secure.
Once the installation is complete, they will clean up the work area and dispose of any debris. They will then go over the warranty information with you and answer any questions you may have.
We strive to make the process as quick and easy for you as possible!
A shower base is a pan that serves as the bottom of a shower. It is typically made of fiberglass, acrylic, or stone and helps to contain water within the shower. A shower base is an important part of a shower as it helps to prevent water from leaking out and damaging the floor.
Our walk-in bathtubs come with a variety of features that are designed to make
your bathing experience as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Some of the features our tubs come with include:
-A low step-in height that makes it easy to get in and out of the tub
-A textured floor that prevents slipping
-A built-in seat that provides a comfortable place to sit while bathing
-A hand-held shower head that allows you to bathe without having to get up out of the tub
-Adjustable water and air jets that provide a relaxing massage
There are a few things to consider when trying to decide whether a tiled shower or an acrylic shower is right for you. First, think about your budget. Tiled showers can be more expensive to install than acrylic showers, so if cost is a factor, acrylic may be the better option. Second, think about maintenance. Acrylic showers are easier to clean and require less upkeep than tiled showers. Finally, think about your personal preferences. Do you prefer the look of tile, or the ease of acrylic? Ultimately, the decision comes down to what you value most in a shower.
